I notice it the most when I am turning hard left and begin to accelerate. It seems like a knocking type of feeling (ya I can feel it), but it goes away after I get moving. I dont know whats going on, the truck only has 17000 miles and it and it doesnt get run hard or abused but it seems like the rattles and vibrations inside the cab are getting amplified but thats another story. Need some help on where to start with original issue...

I would check the brackets on the exhaust and make sure that the brackets and exhaust are not hitting the frame anywhere. Other thoughts would be wheel bearing, cv joint, or maybe shock.
