I am getting ready to buy 16x8 XD Hoss wheels and most likely Toyo open country H/T's in 265/75/16. Will i have any rubbing issues/concerns? I don't want to lift or adjust the t-bars, I just want to fill the wheel a little bit and improve stability. Any other suggestions would be great. I have gained tons of knowledge from this site...Thanks

I am running stock rims (2005 2500HD Duramax) with 265/75-16's and have had no problems with rubbing at all.
The 265/75-16 is a little on the small side still for me. I would really like to move up to 285/75-16 but dont want to crank on torsion bars and would rather not have to trim either.
I think the front bumper will have to be trimmed a little with the 285/75-16 setup. Can anyone confirm this?

If you run negative offset (pushes the wheel out) you'll have rubbing issues even with narrow and short 265's. With positive offset (tucks wheel in) you'll clear by a mile. Factory wheels have 28mm of offset which works out to ~4.5" of back spacing. You'll want around 4.5" to 5" of back spacing or 18 to 25 mm of offset to clear well.
