Hi all,
I just found this sight after doing the requisite Google search on the 6.5L TD & have found the topics here pretty informative. Y'all seem like a pretty decent bunch, and I hope I can contribute soon enough.
My ride (if you want to call it that) is a '94 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 extended cab. 243,000 miles on it, is in okay shape but doesn't run. I need to go over it from stem to stern, so its fate is yet unknown. It was given to me, so the price was certainly right! I have no idea what my plans are as yet but who knows, I may turn it in to my Desert Rat project.
Anyways, I look forward to contributing to the forums, but for now I will have to use the information gathered here to get my beast up & running properly.
