deleted, after 6 hours of searching, I think I may have found my answer.

The timing is advanced to far with the Predator. Which causes increase cylinder pressure, which actually lifts the heads off the block creating the puking problem. So ditch the Predator and get an SCT from Diesel Innovations. Your headgaskets are probably ok, but don't use the Predator ever again.

Every tuner increases cylinder pressure. Ford had some bad head gaskets and is repairing them if they fail. The big problem is the "wart" EGR located on the engine. The 6.0 has a liquid cooled EGR. Rapid heat transfer from the Predator program " fuel and timing " pukes coolant.

The 6.0 is the most advanced diesel and hardest to program. SCT is the only company that has figured out how to program the trans and engine to work together. Predator increases the line pressures to the trans and de-fuels. Edge, Bully Dog, ect....de-fuel

SCT allows a programmer to work with a flash unit and use the trans files created at SCT. I use ATS and have been a customer of Innovative. I have puked coolant from agressive timing....since the SCT I have not.
