: 09 egr blocker plates not working draper 08-12-2009, 12:22 PM Has anyone run into this problem. It sounds like a high pitched turbo whistle. there is a restriction when the plates are installed. Lead Foot 08-13-2009, 04:15 PM If i'm thinking right :~) I read and saw pics were they bent one Tab so you sealed Good Putting it on if you didn't Most of the Tightening would be used to bend that tab,some ran it then checked it again and found it needed to be tightened a second time....
