I am ready to buy from a vendor here as long as they are willing to give some support on the learning curve & also i am in need of a dsp5 switch & would like a starter tune or two!

Mark Broviak or Trippen would also be good choices.

I understand there are a few good tuners out there, What i am looking 4 is one or more to chime in & tell me the reason i should buy from them & what they offer as for i am clueless so far as to what to expect. I am sure that once i get going with it i will catch on quickly but until then,,,,

Are you sure that you don't want custom tuning?

Your best bet is to contact them, and tell them what you want. My vote goes to Nick @ Duramaxtuner.com

just to let you know, it is not that quick. There is a lot in there and a lot of reading to do. As others have said, and Cindy from EFI, Nick's repository of documents is probably the best to help you learn.

That is who i am leaning to! i did send a PM to a few people who offer the tunes but i also said in them that i needed someone who could give me some customer support without getting all pissy.
