did it, and all i can say is im glad i did. seems like it pulls a lot harder on higher rpms, just more power in every gear, i really like it and maybe a bit more smoke:ro)

yeah i am glad i did mine. i think it helped the low end torque, especially around 1500rpms. all in all a good move, only took 2 trys.

Its free, so if you gain anything its a bonus, if it doesn't work for you, nothing lost.

it would have probably made a bigger difference if i hadnt already had the chip, someone that has just drove the truck a couple times probably wouldnt be a ble to tell any change but i drive it all the time and can tell a little difference, i dont have to downshift as much so i can leave it in 5th and walk right over hills, its a good mod espically b/c its free. cant wait to get out today and see what it did for the low end power, it was raining all day yesterday so i found myself spinning through a few gears

approx. how many MPG will you lose with the optic bump?

most actually report no loss or even a mild gain.

what exactly is this optic bump and how would i go about performing it? Is some sort of scanning tool needed? what would I have to gain in performance, mileage? what would I have to lose in reliability, durability?

Mild gain in power, most report slight gain or no change in mileage, no effect on longevity.

When I resist the Demon in my right foot I get better fuel economy than I did before the bump. Most of the time the Demon wins though:evillol:

This link isn't working (maybe it's just me) so could someone direct me to where this thread would have taken me? Thanks
