I just got done installing an injection pump on my 94 Yukon-
Now it seems to be running rich-
It starts great and seems to run fine, but it seems to be rich.
Also do I have to relearn TDC offset on an OBD I 94', and if so how ?
Thanks, Tom

I'm guessing you tried to put it in the same place? Relearn will occur at restart when the engine is a full temp and All DTC's are clear.

Runs rich you say? I assume you mean there is black smoke coming from the exhaust, under load or with low boost is the ONLY time a diesel will run 'rich'.
GM released a service bulletin about black smoke after IP replacement, their solution, drive it a while it will clear up.

Check vacuum to wastegate. Think you might have it disconnected

The wastegate acutuator is shot - Can I use a newer one from a 99 ? 275 $ seems pretty high for a vaccum canister....

What makes you say the actuator is shot?
Sure its not vacuum or WG solenoid problem?
If you want to check the actuator, unplug the vacuum line at the cannister, plug the hole where the line was with your finger, and pull the rod out.
If it pulls back, then its OK.

Nope doesn't pull back at all- Feels like the spring is gone- I had to use the truck today- Going to pull it out tomorrow...

There's not a spring in there, just a diaphram.
