Maybe someone has had this problem before but i couldn't find it in a search:

My wipers work good for about 5 minutes and then they stay on constantly.It doesn't do any good to turn them off.They act like they are still stuck on low.When I turn them on high they act as if they are on high but when I turn them on intermittent they stay on low.Once the truck is shut off for about 5 or 10 minutes they "reset" themselves and stay off.
Any sugestions on where to start would be helpful.

WWMM, Windshield Wiper Motor Module. Under the Windshield Cowl Between the Wiper Arms. The motor logic is in the Module.
