I'm trying to get a part number for the front fascia that mounts under the front chrome bumber and covers the fog lights. Called dealer but they said that you have to buy a new bumper and fascia as a single unit (and obviously, I don't believe them).

You will most likely have to take it to a body shop to have it painted. They will take the paint # from your truck and go from there. Don't take it back to that dealer, he will probably want to paint the whole truck.;)
