Can the OEM fuel lines be moved away from the Frame to use a long Tube Cutter.
Also, do the cut fuel lines need to be flared ?

I don't think they can be moved very far from the frame. Much easier with one of those mini tube cutters. No, the OEM fuel line doesn't have to be flared unles your using flared fittings. Otherwise just slide the fuel hose over the line and clamp it.
