OK guys I cannot find an answer in the prev posts. I have an '04 LB7 with the Bose multi CD changer .. I want to swap it out for a newer one that has the mini plug on the front so I can plug my XM directly in. The Service writer here says it cannot be done... I am sure he is wrong... any help would be appriciated.

it can as long as its from a 03-07 unit but has to be reprogrammed to your vin but i dotn think that had the plug in any of the classic trucks

for the money it would cost you get a aux for your radio you have
