Clangin, Bangin, Rough riding box of nuts and bolts. We have 5 of them where I work and all are the same. Will run forever if you have a good radio, ear plugs or are deaf. LOL....4 of them have 454's and one old one has a 350.

Noted the change from "3500HD" to just "3500". I for one wasn't aware there was previously a 3500HD model. 3500 SRW owners may find this forum confusing as well if it is supposed to be a forum for dually owners. :o:

Since we were shooting for a dually forum can we simply name it "3500 Dually Trucks" or something similar to avoid any further confusion? ;) Not complaining or flaming, just a suggestion. :D JJ :)

The 3500HD's had a higher GVW. 13,000 instead of 11,000 I think. Very rough ride unloaded. I can't remeber if they had the leaf srping front or not.

HD's were equated to riding in a rail car... Good if you used them for what they were intended though...

Currently there are no ####HD vehicles except for the 2500.
