Have a buddy with an '07 Dodge dodge cab & chassis, crew cab 4x4, just ran out of the 36k mileage...he's looking to get into a new truck, he's always been a Dodge guy but thought he'd give GM a look this time...

Any idea where it should be price-wise? I don't think he wants a super-loaded model, but for sure all the power stuff [windows, locks, etc]...Dodge dealer told him $12.5k & he keeps his bed...any shot of a GM being anywhere close?
