I drive 17 miles to work and 17 miles home. I do this 10 times a month and of course drive around town. I have notice that i have a single drop of oil and fall on my drive way when i get home from work. I'm sure that i drop oil at work also but i cant really tell cause its not concrete. Does anyone know what this is or what it could mean? Do i need to take my truck in right away or wait till i get my next oil change? i haven't noticed any difference in oil pressure or oil level on dip stick. Thanks

Had the same thing happen, problem was turbo leak.
#PIP4372B: Oil Leak At Turbocharger Air Intake Pipe - CAC charge clamp cooler crankcase diesel engine inlet LMM PCV positive rear seep seepage turbo valley ventilation
A dealer may encounter a customer concern of an engine oil leak. Initial inspection may reveal a leak that looks like it is coming from the rear of the engine. The leak may actually be coming from the turbocharger inlet pipe (Air Intake Pipe). This leak may run rearwards in the intake valley making the leak seem like a rear of engine oil leak."

I had a similar problem and started a thread on it some time back. Disbelieving dealer did put some dye in the oil and then checked it a while later. Turns out it was an upper pan leak — resealed under warranty. However, on my 2007 Classic, I've also had a master cylinder leak and a steering box leak. And transmissions lines are notorious leakers. Dealer initially id it's not a leak unless it drips — you qualify. Take it in and at least have them put some detection dye into the oil.

Do a search for a thread on "another rear main seal" I would add the link for you but I don't know how. Unfortunately I was part of that club. Crack a beer and read it. You'll learn more than you wanted about that oil drip.

Almost all of these are the turbo adaptor leak. The rest are turbo oil supply, turbo oil return line, or in rare cases the Oil Cooler (o-ring cut). Technicians have gone after oil pans and rear main seals, but these repairs are done by mistake.

Mine was the rear main. Replaced twice, now it's bone dry.

Mine is moist around the seam between the two pan sections. The lower sump area. There's a ring around the whole perimeter of that gasket area. Never has dripped, I just noticed it at the last oil change. I cleaned it all up to watch it. It's been 4000 miles, so another 1000 I am due for a filter-only. I'll look again then. I don't expect it has stopped. Just not ready to take it to the dealer for just that. If anything else would ever go wrong with the truck, I would get it to them.
