My nephew has an 04 and is putting a superlift 6" in the front and wants to put an air bag rear suspension in lew of 5" blocks. I have seen this done before but don't remember who has the systems to do it.

you should really go with some type of increased blocks and the air bags, i dont think that just the airbags is the way to go as the ride will tend to be a lot rougher due to the raising of the back with air bags instead of blocks/shocks. I have a 4" lift and if i have more than say 30 lbs in the airbags it rides like crap with nothing loaded in the truck - i would think that you would have to run alot more than that psi to get it raised in lew of blocks and would think the ride would be shiiiiity IMO

You can can quell that by going to a softer spring pack. It allows you run more pressure if you need to without sacrificing ride. It kind of evens things out.
