Taking truck in before the 3/36,000 is out. The tranny has limped once and I feel a shutter when I accellerate. Also getting a MAF code, and I got something with the EGR once. I have the ISS Clunk and also the leather seats are creased and feel hard. Also looked under the truck and looks dark around some of the gaskets like oil is starting to seep through.

I am going to take the truck in soon. Is there anything I should tell them to get this stuff fixed. Will I have any hassle getting anything fixed? Just looking for suggestions before I take the truck in for the final time. Anything else I should look for?

If you limped your tranny running a banks I dont see how that is the dealers problem. Did they make you put a tuner on it? The MAF and EGR codes are also from you running with no muffler and cat. I can help you fix all of these issues but you have to take responsibility first.

I do know I limped them due to having a programmer. I am not worried about the tranny I have not had a problem since. I limped it with a PPE on level 3. Also the dealership here in town sells and installs programmers. I dont expect them to fix something I caused. Sorry I worded that wrong. The ISS the shudder and the leather seats should be fixed under warranty though.

Are the fixes your talking about an EGR Blocker plate and a finger stick? I have been running the 3" straight pipe for over a year and the codes just barely came on. Not entirely sure that its from removing the cat and muffler.

I have heard that the dealer probably wont replace my seats unless they are cracking through. I dont think that is right. The seats should not be creasing with so little use. Eventually they will crack all the way through.

Yes a blocker plate and fingerstick will fix the codes. Hopefully you can get a new seat.

I just had both front seat bottoms replaced in my 07 LT3. The color had come out of one and there were cracks in the other. The dealer had to take pictures of both and send to GM. GM then OKed the replacement. Took about a week to get approval.
