Is anyone running this exhaust and how loud is it in the cab of the truck?

I've got a catback magnaflow exhaust, not loud at all in the cab, I've got a L/B Crew Cab.

I have a Magnaflow from the down pipe back (or cat delete if you will) with a Magnaflow muffler as well. The muff has a good flow thru design. This is in my opionion is still quiet in the cab. I plan on doing some experimenting by removing the muff to see what that does to the noise level and if it adds any drown. It does have a pretty good cackle when getting on the power in town where there are buildings for the sound to echo off from, but still very mild in the cab. Need to roll windows down some to really appreciate. This is in a '05 CC SB.

I just had a Magnaflow exhaust installed - down pipe back with a magnaflow muffler. In the cab it is as quiet as stock maybe even more quiet. My stock pipes had a slight drone. You will hear the turbo more if you are on the outside and it does start to rumble pretty good if you jump on it. All in all, I am really happy with it. Even my wife doesn't mind it.

I have been running a magnaflow for about 8 months now and absolutely love it. Turbo back with cat delete all 4" piping. My wife loves it too and its not loud at all. I cant stand loud pipes and have been running magnaflows on 6 different vehicles now. I would never run anything else.

I just installed my Magnaflow so called turbo back system a few weeks ago. The exhaust is slightly louder in the cab, but not bad at all. YOu really notice it if you are standing on it though. I do hear the turbo quite a bit more at any rpm. At idle and slow speed the exhaust hisses because of the VGT turbo, but at higher rpm's it really sounds nice, especially passing cars with your windows down. I ran a louvered muffler for a very short time on my old hot rod Cummins, I couldn't believe how much it choked it down (compared to 4" straight pipe) I switched to a perforated core muffler (like the Magnaflow) and brought it back to life. I'll have nothing but that style from now on.
