Just curious if any of you guys have used water meth on a gas engine? I know it works well on diesel's and I know its made a big difference on my brothers powerstoke. I went to snow's website and they have a kit for gm trucks using the maf sensor and was wondering how well this would work on my 8.1, what benifits my be seen or will I blow my motor up haha. Thanks guys

It wont do you any good unless your forced inducted.

Yup, you will only see benefits on a boosted application. It's used to cool the intake charge as well as increase the octane rating (water/meth mix.. More water = cooler, more meth = higher octane). On my car (snow kit) I went from being able to run around 19/20lbs of boost, to right around 30 now. It also keeps an intake/ engine really clean :p:
