I don't know if this should be posted here, but since it pertains to our trucks, here it goes. What would you recomend for shocks? I am looking to replace all four, and was wondering what to get. I see we get a discount at shock warehouse, and was looking there a little but don't really know what to look for.

Thanks, Jacob

bilstein all the way. on stock height get the yellow bilsteins, if your lifted or looking for special valving etc. get the nickel plated. absolutey the best shock you can get without going reservoirs. pretty reasonable pricing too. shockwarehouse should have them but norcal nick could tell you exactly what you need. might want to give him a call.

For that series truck you will likely find that the HD series is all that there is. Definitely what I would recommend. Also be sure to really tighten the upper bolts on the front shocks as they can tend to work loose if not secure.

Thanks. I can get them from Nick for like 293 he said shipped. I shot shockwarehouse an email seeing what kind of price they have for those same shocks.

Have any of you ever dealt with shock warehouse? How are their prices compared to Nick's? I emailed them, but have yet to get a response.

Thanks

I'm having problems with my Bilsteins, the rubber bushings keep wearing out on the front set. I notice it because I hear them starting to rattle. The rubber is completely collapsed. Otherwise, the shocks seem to be fine. I am getting premature tire wear on the inner shoulder. I am looking for a polyurethane bushing kit to install in my Bilstein. Anybody have a suggestion?
