I just bought a set of H2 rims from renodmax. Im looking for a tire that is good for towing, daily driving, and good traction for racing. Is there a E rated tire good for all this, and does not require a lift. I have the truck set on stock height, it shaved a little but t bars have not been touched. I really want a tire good for 4X4 launches.

Look at the Nitto Dura Grapplers. It might fit your needs. Pretty sure that is what I will be runnin' next.
