The story goes: Buddies 02 with approx 60k was having fuel leak down somewhere (no leaks or visible puddles on ground). Every morning to get truck started he needs to pump primer till it's hard and says truck fires right up, he is not bleeding any air just pumping till hard. Last week I put a check valve between the tank and filter for him, he said that worked great for about a week but back to doing the same thing now. Is this an injector issue? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I say there is a leak on the filter somewhere. May not leak but drain back to tank. I say the check leaks. I would for giggles take check out and replace with valve. Then shutoff when done and open need day before starting.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll take a look around filter area for moisture, and try the valve to prove the check is leaking or not.
