Currently setting my truck back to stock, took both fuses out, plugged it in, and now it says "Unlocking PCM, Dont Disturb, Dont Start Engine." And it has been displaying that for about 10 minutes now--is it supposed to take this long or longer?

Make sure the engine switch is in the full ON position.

I've had the Bdog do that before. Twice. And other crappy behavior. By trying it a few times, it ended up working. Scary.

When it actually goes to tune your truck, it will first save your stock tune. This takes about 5 minutes, and has a counter that counts in HEX up to about 400.

Next it will ask you what tune you want, then it will take 2 minutes to upload the performance tune. Returning it to stock also takes 2 minutes.

theres four fuses you need to pull not two, when you first posted about the bully dog I asked you if you wanted instructions.I posted pics if you look in the pics you can see the fuses thet need to be pulled before you begin Currently setting my truck back to stock, took both fuses out, plugged it in, and now it says "Unlocking PCM, Dont Disturb, Dont Start Engine." And it has been displaying that for about 10 minutes now--is it supposed to take this long or longer?

the longest programming is when going from a tune to stock and then from stock to a tune. seems like you found the problem though.

You didnt fry anything. Dont worry about it. It is more of a power issue with the tuner, they want to make sure that the full batt. power is going to reading the tunes and not to the fuel pump radio etc.
