I am working on a 1993 spartan motorhome chassis and have put new 6.5 engine in.... Now there is no Overdrive and I am getting code 22 and 4th gear can only be achieved by commanding it with mastertech scanner...Showing 35% throttle position and 0.0 volts at scanner even if I jump 5 volts to the signal wire... Have 5 volts for reference and have varying voltage back to computer tried new tps sensor and also new computer... I also have checked all three wires to from the tps to the tcm and they seem to be fine... Willing to try anything at this point.

Check out if there is any wiring differences you might have missed out on.

You will get 35% throttle position because of the code. Readjust the Throttle position sensor.
check the voltage coming off the TPS at idle. Readust to 4.7-5.0 and see what happens. Make sure you record the initial voltage first.
