I thought I'd post this information here since the old forum format is being closed out. I have been trying out several configurations on my Juice/Attitude and the best mileage is definitely with it set on Level 3 with Low Boost set to 1. I also have defuel set on all locked shifts. Per the DIC, I've been getting an average of 22.5 MPG on the freeway in the city averaging 65-70 MPH. If I try Level 2 with Low Boost on 1, I only get about 18.5. The BEST mileage I got before was about 18.5 on the freeway and 15.5 in town.
The increase in mileage, as long as I keep my foot out of it ;), is more than I ever expected :D.
Thanks to those that figured this out before me :ro).

I just purchased a new 05 Dmax, currently with 1500 miles on it, I'm getting approx 16.5 per gallon. I've heard that there is a possibilty of ruining the allison tranny if you juice it up. Can you give me anymore details on this?

I Dont Know Much About The Lly's Tranny Limits. But I Know On A Lb7 You Can Go Up To 90 Aditional Hp And Not Susstain Any Tranny Damage. If You Go Much Above That Your Going To Be Working On It Sooner Or Later. Ive Got A Suncoast Install To Do This Week Because Of This.

The DIC is not right when you have any type of programmer or box on the truck. You have to figure it out by hand. If you don't believe me try it on level 5 and your DIC will show even better mileage yet. With my tts on xtreme it shows that I get like 35 mpg when I am just cruising. You will gain some mileage though on that level combo though.

I think Bigblackdmax is right. However, I KNOW I'm getting better mileage. I'm now making almost a week between fillups, where I was in twice a week before. I drive over 500 miles a week at a minimum.:D Sometime I'll check it the old fashoned way with a calculator.
Peanutgrwr, I WISH I had the funds to install a Suncoast upgrade. I believe the LLY can also go to Level 3 on the Juice without risk (unless you jack-rabbit at every light).;)

I run mine on level 3 daily driving and level 2 towing with defuel on 1 all the time. The truck runs and shifts smooth as silk on the different levels when engine has reached 180. IMHO
