Took the H2's off today and slapped on the stock 245's to tow the 5th to the Dealer for a little work prior to trip out west... Grabbed the Quad and unloaded the 215hp tune and loaded the 70hp tune for the tow. I was running late so I was zipping through the screens and thought I answered No to adjust axle ratio, but I apparently hit yes and input whatever ratio was displayed. Get on the road and truck no likey incorrect information. Trans shiftpoints were off, and my speedo was waaaay off had me doing 70 in a 45.. Got on the brakes for a red and ABS light, and Brake Sys Light go on and DIC gives warning message to stop and service brakes pronto!
Pulled over and hooked the Quad back up, scanned for DTC codes (none) and reloaded stock info. Started over and loaded the 70hp tune, lights were off, ran fine..

Thats what I get for being in a hurry, but on a positive note, the 70hp tune pulled the big 5th like it wasn't there:ro)

Yep, if you don't watch it and say yes (Y) to the axle ratio, it will set you up with 2.73 gears.

Based on my experience, when the quad recal's the speedo for different tires/gears it does not tell the trans what it doing. Actually I'm sure it can't since that is part of the TCM. Here is my example. Prior to the quad, I had the juice recal'd for my tires. No prob, juice told me true speed, speedo still read speed as if the 245's were still installed. As such the trans shifted the same as always. Most noticeable was where the TC locked up. It would not lock until 50 mph+ (acc'd to speedo). Install quad and recal, now the TC does not lock until approx. 55 mph!!, accord. to speedo. However, this approximately corresponds to 50 mph uncalibrated. This is why I said the trans doesn't know anything changed. As far as it is concerned it is still going 50mph regardless what the speedo says!!

Just my thought, maybe wrong, but this is the way it works on my truck:p:
