I have a 95' GMC Topkick with a cat 3116. I just had a problem on the road and had the truck towed to a dealership. The truck killed on the road. Shorted the intake heater relay. 3.5 hours of labor...a $5 part.

When we left the dealer I had an alarm beeping when I first turned on the ignition.

When I got home I find I have no parking break. I put it in park...pull the emergency break knob... and it rolled.

What is wrong? Any ideas?

I can't take it back to the shop that worked on it easily...they are in Sioux Falls SD and I live in Gilbert MN.
