My neighbor was painting his house and some overspray drifted onto my truck. I have tried Nufinish polish and that didn't remove the paint. What can I use to remove the latex paint? He's freaked out and offered to pay for its removal, but I'd really like to do it myself.

Clay bar and the associated lubricant for it should do the trick..

Yeah, clay bar should work just fine.
Reminds me of when they painted the bins at an elevator in a neighboring town several years ago. The painters didn't pay attention to the wind conditions and ended up with overspray drifting across the street to the car dealership. Made a nice gray dusting on most of the cars. From what I heard almost every one of the cars was nearly completely cleaned and there were just a few that you could find remnants on when they were done. Needless to say, the painting company didn't make much on that job

I agree, try a clay bar. Mothers makes a good clay bar and also Blackfire. Another good product that I use is Diamondite Speed clay. Good luck.

If you use a claybar, plan on re-waxing your truck, claybar removes your polish.

Most part stores that mix paint will have them, gearhead. Most of the time, you'll get it in a "kit" which will contain the lube and the clay in one package. If you don't get the lube, get a bottle of "final inspection". (Basically a spray on, wipe off polish)
The mother's part number is 07240
Napa has one as well...Part number 7260
Also, wizard "Clay Mate" works well too

The gentleman that sprayed your car should have "homeowners" insurance.
If he does then you found your solution.
Have it done professionaly and hand him the bill.
