I've heard good and bad about wheel spacers on here, but I was curious if rear spacers (steel or aluminum) had any impact on the amount of weight you can carry on the truck (payload) or any added stress on the rear end. It's more weight for the rear end to move, so I was a little concearned about this the most.

got 3 inch on mine for about 3 years, never had any problem, hauled really heavy, for 2500 miles straight last year. they've never even loosened up! as far as weight, the billet ones I have might way 8 pounds each, not too much more weight considering i'm slinging 200 lbs of rims and tires on each side.

good to hear!

we had them on our truck and haven't had any problems but I was concearned on selling them in fear that someone would have a problem.
