Started noticing some white smoke yesterday at idle and revving truck. Time to get my injectors tested.

Any recommendations on where to go?

Not just taking it to some GM dealer because half of them are a bunch of jackasses.

I to live in the area & just went thru the whole injector issue crap. I had the smoke at idle real bad. Went to Bachrohts & Bocker,no luck at all. Bocker will replace my glow plugs for free tho. Since they were on my dime i took it to Empire Diesel Performance in Dubuque Iowa. Its not that far from RKFD. About 100 miles. It was worth the drive, truck runs better than new, & MPGs are WAY up! Talk to Chad or Buddy. They are good guys with alot of DMax experience.

try rockenbock chevy, they always treat me good there. im pretty sure i have the first duramax they ever solld since i got it the day it came of the trailer. otherwise try huckstorf in wisconson

thats what i mean i hate bachrots. (spelling?)

i just want someone with diesel knowledge that isnt going to give me the run down.

Taz, I am in Rockford and took my LB7 to Bachrodt Chevy for all 8 Inj replaced 19 months ago.
No problems whatsoever.
