Dave here, wondering if anyone knows what wires, and volt readings I need to check. This is the 9 wire harness. i have a constant 5 volts on yellow/black. white/black and light brown. Dark blue shows .4 at no throttle, and steady up to 3.6 at wide open. Light blue runs opposite at 4.5 volts no throttle down to 1.4 at wide open. Having problems with shift points, need to rule out a bad throttle. This has been replaced before. No light. 94 Chevy 6.5 4L80-E. Thanks

Bullet: Accelerator position switch looks to be non adjustable. Conduct a pin to pin to the stepper motor. You have a drive by wire system. Once you have done a pin to pin verification to the stepper motor find out if you have any excessive resistance. Conduct a pin to pin to the ECU as well.
