I am thinking of trying the Juice and because I already have all the guages I don't want the Attitude. But my question is can you controll the power levels from the cab without the Attitude? Their web site leads me to beleive that I will not have any control over the power settings.

Thanks
Greg

The Edge EZ has a toggle switch with 3 power levels. I thought you could adjust the Juice as well, but I forget how you do it. Something about pumping the gas pedal?

Without the attitude, you do not have "on the fly" change capability. You must stop the vehicle and use the manual method (shifter/throttle combo) to store levels for tow haul and normal.

The attitude really isn't needed if you've got gauges. However, it is nice to see the Engine coolant temp(my version kicks in at 180*, it's nice see, so you can brace yourself for the power:ro) ), and what gear the Allison is in and if the TC is locked or unlocked.........I always leave mine in level 3(stock Allison), so I don't have to go through the relearn process over and over. Instead of burning up the clutches by switching levels and flogging it right away.

Juice without attitude??? Man that's like cereal with no milk; Starsky without Hutch; .... ):h

Greg, your going to want the change on the fly ability the "tude" gives you. The ability to defuel between shifts when towing, set EGT warnings, protect the tranny... well as you see numerous plus's. ;) Your existing gauges may be redundant, even better for monitoring boost since the tude tops out at around 30psi IIRC. GotJuice would likely say you can't have enough gauges! I bet his dash looks like a cockpit! :D

I did the manual setting initially, PITA IMHO. The tude makes things so much easier. Get one of Trippin's overhead mounts and it is one sweet install. You could always run a huge sale on some Amsoil, say 50% off, the DP guys would buy a ton of it, you'd make lots of money, everyone's happy! ;) Get the "Tude" Dude! :ro) Later. JJ :)
