If your going to do it yourself or have a shop put in what you give them. Call summit or Jegs.
I got mine along with the installation kit from Richmond Gear thru summit. The installation kit doesn't include axle seals, so if you want those done you will have to get them too. It does come with the pinion seal though.

You will want to.
You don't have to, but you won't want to put it in 4wd until the front is changed too.
If you are still using it to pull a trailer you may not want to change them. Also from a 4.10 to a 3.73 is not a big jump. I wouldn't go lower then a 3.73 though.

You can buy a complete front diff with the right gears, 3.73 and swap out the whole thing much cheaper than the gears, installation and master install kit.

I spent close to $850 for my front and rear sets with master install kits from an AAM distributor for my 3.42's. If your paying somebody to do them then you will be cheaper to get a used set of diffs and swap them out that way. I would have gone this route myself, but 3.42's are hard to come by and that is what I wanted with a DMAX in my BURB.

www.coastdriveline.com (http://www.coastdriveline.com) Their pricing on gears is really good. They also sell AAM for about $225.00 a set.

I have a thought for you. Weather you buy a gear set or a front diff and rear axle, if you are not going to do it yourself.
I have a trusted engine rebuild shop at home. When I had my car regeared, because I have not done gears yet and don't have the tools, and a lack of time.
I asked the engine shop. (they do a lot of work for race cars) They told me about a shop.
I did have them regear my car. I bought the gears, locker, and install kit. I did get the locker at a discounted price. But all in all this is what it cost me, give or take.
Gears $200
Install kit $100
Locker $375
Shop labor to put it all in $225.
Point being ask around find a good shop.
