Right front speaker has come loose in the passenger door. Had it fixed a couple of years ago, but it is buzzing again. I just want to know if I can take the screen cover off the speaker or do I have to take the door panel off. Are there any 'gotchas' or hints?

You have to remove the door panel.

Ya got to take the door panel off. On the backside of it the grill has tabs through the door panel that you have to bend straight to remove it. Be careful when re-installing as the tabs deform easy.

there are only a few screws that hold the panel on. remember when you get them out the door panel lifts straight up not out.
