I can't find many people who are using the ATS diff cover and it seems like everyone who is using the Mag-Hytec cover are really happy with it.
But I like the looks of the ATS better; So my question is, is the Mag-Hytec REALLY that much better of a cover?

Mag has had diff covers out for a number of years longer than ATS, thats why so many people have them. the ATS cover is GREAT quality, has all the features, and looks sweet. thats my opinion though, some just like the plain lines on the Mag hytec covers.

there's no real difference between them, get whichever one you like the looks of the best.

Does the ATS have the O ring gasket like the MAG HYTECH

no, no need for them when the product is machined correctly.

Take a look at PML. They're really nice, cheaper than Mag(Price Wise) and are also made in the USA.
