I have been thinking about running some bio in the truck. I think it is B20 but not sure. The only reason I want to use it is for the cleaning factor. Around here the bio is actually higher than ulsd. I am about due for a filter change so I am not to worried avout that. Any advice or pointers? The truck has about 85k miles on it. I run the grey bottle power service almost every tank, sometimes I get lazy. How many tanks will it take to clean anything out? Or will it clean anything at all.

Just start running the biodiesel and don't worry about it. It's always a good idea to keep a spare fuel filter handy just in case something does clog up but it's unlikely. It will slowly clean out everything the more you run it.

Running B20 is going to take longer to clean things up than B100,but keep a filter around in case.Most times it just starts to slow down,kinda losing power when it needs changing.No big deal but keep an eye on it.:cool:
