Do they break alot drag racing and sled pulling with around 500 hp? I am replacing my driver side one tommorow and dont want to do it again after the weekend. Is there any thing that I can do to prevent this from taking all the pressure while racing or pulling?

Ok thanks I am doing the bolt trick before the mount goes in tommorow. Kind of need a new mount for racing and pulling this weekend.

in my own experience and opinion, they arent a problem at 500rwhp, but if the motor mount is coming out it wouldnt hurt to do the bolt mod...

I hear that aftermarket motor mounts are coming soon.
I've done the bolt mod, sometimes two bolts and still find it moves quite a bit. More of an issue when trying to fit alot of stuff under the hood with little clearance

Well got the mount in today I put a half inch bolt through it and while having someone watch the motor while I built boost it only moved about an inch max. So all is good again. Also I did this with ease by just jacking up one side of the motor and unbolting the steering shaft.
