who has the best prices for just a code reader for a duramax? I have a juice already so I don't want another chip.

I know lots of cars have a sequence of things that will prompt the codes to download on the dash check engine light through a series of flashes. My Jeep will do this by turning the key to on 3 times and leaving in there. Do these GM trucks have a similar trick available?

I have one and it will display and "clear" codes - but I can't be sure that it will clear the codes from memory that can later be scanned with a Tech II. It will for sure reset the Check Engine light. I've purposely disconnected my MAF sensor to throw a code and was able to clear the code and light with the reader.
