Should i remove the Air Condition belt to free up some power or is it not even worth it? also how do i remove all smog related pumps lines?

If you don't turn on the ac, then you are not using any appreciable power and you won't notice it. Diesels don't have smog pumps.

so my 85 6.2 has no emissons then or what?

Well, if we had some more information about your engine, we could give you a better answer....

For example, do you have a C or J code engine? It's the 8th VIN digit from the left.

with the C code it has a EGR under the intake and a EPR valve in the driver side exhaust manifold. if you want all the emissions "shit" off you can unhook the vacuum line that goes to the 2 solonoids on the rear driverside of the intake manifold and cap it off so theres no vacuum leaks. this way the EGR will stay closed and not let exhaust into the intake and the EPR will stay open so exhaust will just go out the tail pipe instead of up into the intake. as for the A/C belt unless your not using it anymore leave the belt on the only time is sucks horsepower is when you have A/C on inside the vehical otherwise the pulley is just free wheeling.
