the SES does not light when key is turned on ,also no WTS ?
batterys are 12.6 motor cranks slow once then fast ,new starter same thing.theres fuel to the IP ,T-handle,filter bleed just no high press, I pulled
intake regrounded wires ,opened pump outlets, no pressure ?I just picked the truck up for some work .not running ofcourse .work your magic please ?I work on big trucks this is like ,dare i say,foreign I know it's a detroit just not the same.I hooked up a auto xray and ,no data for this year ? It has 94 and 96 of course the vin is [f] I have faith in your forum.

GP relay/controller? Also check ECM-B fuse?

Also, try to override the LP directly with 12V source, see if it starts?

Thanks for the reply.the lp is working , the glow plug relay is not working . ill get one after work .the ecm fuse is ok .the IP has date on it of06/14/05 so it should be working.im thinking pmd is there a test on it ? thanks.lfw got to go .

i would buy a new pmd from heath diesel and they are a vendor here.

Try the GP relay first.

There is no way to test PMD other than putting a new one. If you get a new one, also get a heatsink and glue them together with Heat Transfer Compound like Arctic Silver 5 (same like CPU). With an extension cable, fasten it outside the engine compartment.

Or you can get Heath PMD Isolator as suggested by DieselTahoe. It is complete, ready to be mounted outside.
