i have a 4 in banks exhaust on my truck with no muffler and it sounds really good but i want louder. any ideas on how i could?

But, you will not get much. Any reason why you want it louder? tmg115 05-08-2005, 07:54 PM the reason why i want it louder is i have a good friend that has a 98 cummins and he just straight piped it and god does it sound wonderfull. nothing beats the sound of a cummins. they haveto be one of the best sounding engines i have heard. anyways his is very loud and i want mine to be close to how loud his is. And plus i love loud trucks. I can't imagine wanting it louder tha it is but to each his own. Your right about the Cummins being louder my brother used to own one and with a turbo back 5"/no muffler settup it sounded like a dang hellicopter coming down the road.
