I just got my edge with attitude. I am waiting on paint for my gauge cluster. Can I program the edge and then unplug the attitude. Will the settings hold. I know you can set the edge without the attitude but I was wondering if I can do it the other way also.

I can't remember, but if its a Hot OJ level 5 is only w/attitude.
Use PRN and back to park, count the number of blips.
4 blips is level 4, max for just Juice (no attitude).
To manualy adjust level, key is in the on position use gear select (123D), D being the most powerful program. Push accelerator to floor twice quickly.
Turn key off, start engine. Repeat PRN back to park to confirm level

Not sure if you can have a free level 5... This level only exists with the Attitude monitor plugged in so if you set it up on 5, I'm not convinced at all it will hold 5 when you unplug it. I think that you can still program the module the old way (shift lever) but I think all the other parameters will default to the module default (defuel on shift and low boost fueling) Your thermal protection should not work either.
