I recently installed a Banks 6 gun with power PDA in my LMM, real nice system except I forgot to enquire if it had a speed limiter or should I say speed limiter elliminator. I know, its a tuner, not a programmer that flashes the truck control unit. The Banks uses its own control unit mounted under the hood, there fore not able to change (flash) the stock control unit, got it! So now since I already installed it, it's not returnable however I was informed by one of the techs at Banks that I can purchase a programmer to flash the stock control and still use my tuner (stacking). He suggested the Quadzilla, he informed me that he knows of many customers that have used this programmer with the Banks and it works well. Question I have is, is this the only or best route besides trying to sell the Banks. Looking for a tuner/programmer with all the features in the Banks with speed control and possibly GPS. Any input would be appreciated.:confused:

By using a programmer like a quad you will leave a footprint on your ECM of it being tuned... read up on this... if you don't care about that then you might want to look up the new Edge Evolution Race programmer. It will do everything you want and have the gauge display like the banks unit. It also has the capability to delete the DPF should you want to.

Do you know if the Edge Evolution Race programmer is avaliable with GPS on the CTS Touch Screen, or didn't they use another unit that did?

I don't think the CTS is available quite yet... you could send Edge an email and ask them... they might be able to say but I don't know if they would disclose all of the features prior to the release...

The old A2 had gps future on that.... The evolution is in testing right now with cs & cst also...
