I've read a few posts re spare tire solutions for lifted & larger tires. I want to avoid adding a spare in the bed. So a few questions:

1) What's the largest tire I can fit on the OE holder? I've read H2 wheels fit but hangs down too low for my taste. Is there a narrower tire I can fit on the OE spare rim?

2) What's the shortest diameter tire I can use for a short trip to the tire shop? Will it damage the differential?

3) I'm assuming with a 6' lift the OE jack will not work. Any recommendations? Carrying a jack in the bed is not appealing.

I have 35' tires w\6'' lift.

I would think about some 85-series tires. Maybe a 255/85/16 on a stock rim. It's not the same height as what you have, but it's norrow and should get you around in a pinch.

I have a 255/85/16 (33.3") tire under the truck on the stock spare wheel. Not much room left. Maybe an inch from the diff cover.

A 265/75/16 Revo E barely fits in my '04. It just brushes the dirt off the back of the diff. The "same" size BFG LT's left a little space there.
