How do you check the I.P. My truck was running fine up until it just died.
And has not started since. batteries are good, Crank speed the same as always. checked PCM, it was not throwing any codes other than 12 so i pulled glow plug fue .
Is this and tried to start. It finally threw a code for glow plugs. I check the PMD had power to pink wire and good ground coming from pump.
Cracked open an injector line cranked motor no diesel. Fuel pressure reads about 5 psi. checked fuel at pump inlet and had plenty of fuel coming out?
I feel that it is my Injector pump and was wondering what other test i can do to check it. Lotta money for an IP and just wanna be sure
