hey guys I was wondering if there are heavier torsion bars that I could put on my 2500hd? I was thinking that maybe the 3500 had heavier bars that I could put in. I am interested in putting a heavier plow on my truck and dont want to overdo the bars I have.

yes i do. I want to put a blizzard 810 on it, which is pretty heavy at 950 lbs

You have them already. 2500HD EC & CC and 3500HD's all have the same 4800lb t-bars. The 2500 standard cab has smaller ones that some replace with the t-bars from an EC or CC.

Good choice on the plow. Add Timbrens to front and see how she rides/sits. Then you can decide if you need to crank the bars up. I already have an 810 ordered for install in the early fall. Almost can't wait for winter, on second thought I can wait.

i have timbrens already....I also already have a wester pro plus, but am not happy with the productivity of it compared to the blizzard.
