Will i still pass emissions if i have a chip and turbo back exhaust? I dont think they hook up the tailpipe anymore here in wisconsin...they just plug their computer into the obdII and test it from there

If they do a visual it will not pass, but it will not throw any codes emissions related.

Did your truck come with a cat? If not then I would think you'll be ok, worse case scenario you have to reprogram it. If you came with a cat, then your probably screwed:(

I live in Washington State and I have the Edge w/ ***. For my emissions they put me on rollers and put the probe in the tail pipe and didn't plug anything in the OBDII port. While in neutral they had me floor it until it redlined then back to idle three times. I had my Edge on stock and I passed with flying colors. My truck had about 65k miles on it at the time with its original injectors. Although when I took my girlfriends car in, all they did was test the gas cap and plugged in the OBDII thing into their computer. Good luck.

There is not emission testing on Diesels in Wisconsin (yet) hope it stays that way.
