The company I work for, a solid waste hauler in California, is asking me to do some research on diesel fuel additives. In the process, I've come across a product used widely in the U.K. Dipetane claims to increase economy by up to 15% while lowering emissions. It's not a new product, but there's not much information that was not a result of controlled environment testing. Does anyone have "real time" experience with the product?

I ordered some. Sounds too good not to try. My expectations aren't too high, but I figure if 8 or 9 Southern California School Districts and lots of trucking companies (after testing it) are using it, it can't be too bad. Also, anything that might help the injectors is of interest. Not that expensive, either. Check out the half-price on first order offer on their site.
