Depends on exactly what has been done. It might be possible to use EFILive to unlock. All depends on things. Way to many to list. Are there any aftermarket items on it like a remote start, stereo, onstar. If any of these pull fuses to all these devices and try again. So you download the stock tune thats in it and store it on the programmer. So it will not do this? Any specific error codes or words on the programmer? Have you contacted PPE and get the Techs input?
