My heater fan motor is possesed it comes on when it feels like it, and shuts off when it wants. No matter what postion the switch is on. It comes on when its off and takes about 3-4 times cycling the switch on/off to make it shut off. I had to pull the fuse under the hood, I don't want a dead battery or batteries. I was told it is the resistor, where can I buy this and how much are they?

Remove the cover under the passenger side heater area. Unplug the fan. You need the part thats in your hand connected to the plug. About 70 or 80 bucks.
